You will be able to start repairing your armor and clothes very early on in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. As soon as you finish the tutorial and unlock free-roam, so head east to find Tailor Bartoshek during working hours.

The NPC is the one who will sell you new clothes and also repair any clothing that you have damaged for a cost. The cost of the repairs, however, will depend on the rarity of the equipment you are wearing, fortunately, it still remains a much cheaper alternative than investing in another pair of expensive breeches.

If you want to repair Henry’s armor instead, you will need to visit Blacksmith Radovan in Tachov. There will be a Fast Travel point here and you can visit the NPC as many times as you want to get all repair work done.

There are three ways by which you will be able to repair your weapons in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2:

1) Using a Sharpening Wheel

The first method is where you repair your equipment yourself. You can do this by interacting with the grindstone of a Sharpening Wheel that you will find around town. To use the wheel, you will need to press the Pedal key (L2/LT on your controller), then keep moving the blade around the stone to see sparks come flying out of it.

However, do keep in mind that excessively using the grindstone can damage the blade, so as soon as you see smoke coming out of it stop the process.

2) Pay Blacksmith Radovan in Tachov to repair your blade

The next method will cost you some money, so if you are keen on saving some time getting your weapons prepared, then head to Blacksmith Radovan in Tachov. He will be able to repair both your weapons as well as armor.

3) Use Repair Kits

Another way of repairing weapons, armor, and clothes is to use Repair Kits. These items can be purchased from traders as well as merchants, however, to be able to repair the high-grade weapons, you will need a higher Craftsmanship skill level.
