Battlefield 2042 is still kicking, set to receive yet another content drop in the form of a surprise collaborative event with Battlefield 6. Update 9.2.0 brings with it many changes, additions along with miscellaneous other free content across all supported platforms.
This is unlocked by progressing through the Battle Pass, dubbed as the ‘Road to Battlefield 6’, this time around and is a great turn of events for the first-person shooter.

All Battlefield 6 Rewards From The Road To Battlefield Battle Pass
There are a total of 28 Battlefield 6 themed rewards up for grabs in the Road to Battlefield Pass in Battlefield 2042. These include skins, and miscellaneous other items. Here are all the skins you can obtain from update 9.2.0’s free Battle Pass:
- Bridge Between Nations Specialist Skin
- Western Front Weapon Skin
- Muller Weapon Skin
- Aurora Vehicle Skin
- Blackburn Vehicle Skin
- Commander Soldier Skin
- Sovereign Soldier Skin
Like any Battle Pass, these rewards will be spread over the course of six tiers. The following tiers feature Battlefield 6-specific items:
- Tier 8
- Tier 19
- Tier 30
- Tier 40
- Tier 49
- Tier 60
How To Claim The Road To Battlefield Battle Pass Rewards
The Road to Battlefield is a free addition to the game, and does not require you to pay to access its contents. Simply boot into Battlefield 2042 any time after August 18, 2025 to gain access.
The event ends on October 7, 2025 – so make sure to complete it as quickly as possible. There will be a total of 60 tiers on the Pass, which also happen to include items from previous Battlefield games, as seen in Battlefield V, Bad Company 2, and more.
It’s a fun way of welcoming newcomers and returning players to the game, and gets them hyped up for the upcoming Battlefield 6, which has managed to garner a very positive reception.
