There are over 80 boss encounters in Black Myth Wukong. Each boasting a unique set of movesets and abilities that you will need to learn to get familiar with in order to have an easier time with progression.
While some of these bosses are a part of the main story quest, many are tucked behind exploration and secret areas that you can only unlock after meeting certain conditions. Most of the secret bosses are incredibly challenging but they do drop special rewards for your efforts like a powerful Drink or a Soak.

You will need to obtain the Old Rattle-Drum after beating the Tiger’s Acolyte and use it in three locations to unlock this fight. The first location is in the side area to the right after going through the locked gate in Valley of Despair, another is in the Windrest Hamlet, with the final location being the area where you fought Earth Wolf. |
