Frostbugs are a new type of creature that you will discover in Mt. Firmament after the Wuthering Waves 1.1 update. You will find them sticking their head out of the ground, and the goal is to shoot them to get 20x Astrites as a reward.
There are a total of 10 Frostbugs all over the new area, and you will be able to shoot them all down for a total of 200x Astrites. However, so make sure to shoot them from afar and not get too close.
If they are aware of your presence they will go underground and you will miss out on your chance. So if you are looking to shoot every single Frostbug in the RPG, here is a list of all the locations and where you will find them in Wuthering Waves.
Where to find all 10 Frostbugs in Wuthering Waves?

| Frostbug #1 | To the southeast of the Luminous Shore Resonance Beacon. The bug is on the hotsprings so use a ranger to shoot it, get 20 Astrite and unlock the Wimpy Bug’s Nightmare trophy. |
| Frostbug #2 | Head to the east of the Loong’s Rest Resonance Beacon and then go up the waterfall using the Leap Devices. |
| Frostbug #3 | This Frostbug is near the shore to the northeast of the Resonance Beacon in Sentinel Jue’s domain entrance. |
| Frostbug #4 | This bug is located in an open area to the south of the Resonance Beacon which is located to the southwest of Sentinel Jue’s domain. |
| Frostbug #5 | For the next Frostbug make your way to the northwest of the previous bug till you reach a small stream. The bug is located there. |
| Frostbug #6 | Make your way to the Resonance Beacon located to the west of Loong’s Ridge. From there go southwest and you will find the bug on an island. |
| Frostbug #7 | From the Resoancne Beacon which is to the west of Loong’s Rest, you will need to head up northwest. The Frostbug will be on the beachside. |
| Frostbug #8 | This Forstbug is near a hot spring to the south of the Resonance Nexus in Hongzhen. |
| Frostbug #9 | Head north from the Resonance Beacon which is to the west of Hongzhen. You will find the Frostbug beside the Luminous Shore. |
| Frostbug #10 | The final bug is located slightly West from the Loong Crest beacon on the back of the Dragon’s head. There’s a little ledge next to the “Y” branching path with a tiny water pool it’s in. |
