The only way to get this unit is from the Regular Banner 1, and it only has a 0.2% drop chance. However, much like Vesh, the Ichiru Masked is also considered one of the best units with amazing DPS potential.
You will be able to evolve Ichiru masked into Vasto Lorde as long as you have the following material requirements:
