Call of Duty Black Ops 6 is finally out for both PC and console, and brings with it multiple accessibility features to cater to a wider audience of gamers. To this extent, Activision has released a series of audio-specific settings as well.

Volume

  • Master Volume: 100; always keep this maxed out
  • Music Volume: Either keep this muted (0%) or at 50% value; muted is ideal for competitive play
  • Dialogue Volume: 100%
  • Cinematic Music Volume: 100%

Global (audio settings)

  • Audio Mix: Headphones/Speakers; use as per your preference
  • Speakers/Headphones Game Sound Device: Default System Device; can be manually altered to output to a specific audio source
  • Mute Licensed Music: On/Off; keep disabled if you are streaming the game
  • Asymmetrical Hearing Compensation: Off for most cases
  • Speaker Output: Stereo for most cases
  • Mute Game When Minimized: Off; can be enabled when going incognito

Additionally, it is also recommended to enable the Enhanced Headphone Mode when equipping headsets during gameplay.
