Hothouses can also be found under the Resources section of the Idea tab. Building these structures will ensure that your city has enough stockpiles of food. However, researching and implementing these will increase Disease or Squalor in your city by a slight amount.

You’ll find Hospitals under the Society section of the Idea tab. Without these, your people will keep falling ill, which will eventually affect your workforce and will lead to rising tensions in your city.
