To access the Kingdom of Sahali secret area in Black Myth: Wukong Chapter 2, you’ll need to get help out a Drunk Boar and then defeat him.
However, you’ll also have to complete a separate side-quest if you’re looking to access this secret area and defeat a boss to complete it, so here’s how you can do so.
How to find the Drunk Boar in Black Myth: Wukong
To access the Kingdom of Sahali guide in Black Myth: Wukong, you’ll have to assist the Drunk Boar thrice. Here’s where you can find him and start his own side-quest:
- From the Squall Hideout fast travel zone, you need to make your way to the Rockcrest Flats shrine.
- Keep going straight till you come across another open area.
- Here you will come across the Drunk Boar.
You’ll have to help this NPC get sober, and for that you need the Sobering Stone that you can get by completing the Man-In-Stone side-quest. After you’ve done that, come back to him and give him the stone.

From here, he’ll give you a clue which will tell you his next location. If you’re having trouble solving the riddle, the solution is the Crouching Tiger Temple. You’ll find the parry spell in this temple too.
Head up the Temple Stairs and then take your right to find the Drunken Boar waiting for you. Now, he’ll ask for Jade Lotus, a flower that you’ll come across in water bodies. Once you’ve given him the Jade Lotus, he’ll hand you a coin.
After you’ve received the coin, you’ll have to head back to the place where you met him first, in the clearing across the Rockcrest Flats.
When you meet him, it’ll trigger a cutscene, and then you’ll have to fight the Drunk Boar. When you defeat him, he’ll open the gates to the Kingdom of Sahali.
Black Myth: Wukong Kingdom of Sahali guide
The Kingdom of Sahali offers three main highlights:
- Here’s where you will fight a younger version of the Tiger Vanguard for the first time. When you defeat him, he’ll drop a curio known as the Tiger Tally.
- In the Great Desert, you’ll come across a Meditation Spot.
- Finally, the Yellow Wind Sage will task you with defeating the Fuban, the secret boss of the area.
How to defeat Fuban in Black Myth: Wukong
Fuban is a giant Sand Beetle in Black Myth: Wukong, and serves as the main boss of this secret area. The fight is difficult because it has hard-hitting attacks. It also drops into the sand and jumps out every now and then, making it hard to predict where it’ll attack from next.

After you’ve removed a considerable amount of its health, there will be a cutscene after which you’ll attempt to remove the crystal that’s stuck on his head. The Yellow Wind Sage will also join you in your conquest after this point.
Defeating Fuban will grant you the following rewards:
- Wind Tamer Vessel
- 3 parts of the Fuban Armor set
- Sky-piercing Horn crafting material
- Shifting Sands achievement
