Call of Duty Black Ops 6 has a rather intriguing storyline in its Zombies game mode, part of which was continued in the recent Season 2 update. This particular update features The Tomb – along with a new easter egg that serves as a continuation of the story.

How to complete The Tomb in Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Zombies
Opening the Doorway to Nowhere in The Tomb
- In short, you will be required to open a total of 3 doors, and in turn, reach a specified location.
- Complete a few rounds of gameplay in order to accumulate some Essence.
- Doors can be found marked in the Dig Site, with a glowing red beacon on them. Interact with each door, and donate a portion of your Essence to unlock them progressively.
- Door 1 requires 2250 Essence while Doors 2 and 3 require 2500 and 2750 Essence respectively. Each door is locked behind the other.
- Interact with the glowing purple crystal in the third room to place the Amulet (obtained from Citadelle des Morts).
- A portal will be generated on the nearby wall – interact with it to teleport into the Dark Aether Nexus.
- Grab the Pack-a-Punch machine and proceed into the next zone.
It is highly recommended to try this particular section with teammates, as going solo can be quite difficult and dangerous.
How to craft the Staff of Ice in Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Zombies
You will now be tasked with crafting the Staff of Ice:
- Reach round 8 of combat, and wait for the Shock Mimic to spawn.
- Kill the Mimic to grab the Monocle.
- Next, shoot down all Aether Lanterns within the map.
- Head to the Tombs, and grab the Death Perception Perk-a-Cola machine, along with a bull painting. Assuming you have shot down all lanterns, the painting will glow – showcasing Roman numerals.
- Shoot down the numerals in the correct order, and promptly take care of any enemies that spawn. There will be a total of 5 waves to deal with.
- Survive the battle to obtain the Staff.
- Next, shoot down the additional spawned Lanterns and head into the Neolithic Catacombs.
- A painting with Roman numerals should also appear in this location – shoot them down in the correct, ascending order and battle your way through a few more waves of enemies.
- Completing the final battle will unlock the Head Piece.
Finally, make your way back to the center of the Dark Aether Nexus. Interact with the Staff, and defend yourself against any enemies that spawn. Survive to finally be able to craft the Staff of Ice, and bring the quest to a close.
