Throne and Liberty has a number of classes to choose from, each possessing varying degrees of proficiency. Classes can be further enhanced by levelling up specific stats, of which the Collision Chance is of particular interest for tank-type units.
This is paramount to building a proper MMORPG, and Throne and Liberty delivers on that front, offering an unparalleled level of depth and customization within its many, many in-game mechanics.
Mastering Collision Chance in Throne and Liberty is a rather nuanced affair though, and requires a solid grasp of gameplay mechanics, including understanding probability odds – which can be found discussed in detail below.
Collision Chance in Throne and Liberty explained

Collision Chance is your probability of executing successful Collision Effects – which are effects used mostly for crowd control.
The higher the Collision Chance, the higher your likelihood of applying a Collision Skill on targeted enemies.
This is calculated by comparing it against the target enemy’s Collision Evasion. Assuming you manage to overwhelm the enemy’s Collision Evasion, an additional 4% Collision Chance will be added to your character during the attack.
This 4% boost is added per 10 point difference between the two opposing stats.
Conversely, if the enemy has a higher Collision Evasion than your own Collision Chance, the probability of sticking a Collision Effect will be greatly reduced.
Collision Chance can also be used as a means to ‘displace’ an enemy. These can be executed using specialized attacks such as Collision: Push and Strategic Rush – which are unique to each weapon type.
As such, players are recommended to upgrade the Collision Chance stat if they plan on using Collision Effects in battle often (common in tanks).
Do keep in mind that Collision Chances cannot affect independent modifiers such as Sleep or Stun – given that these have their very own Chance/Evasion probabilities.
