Destiny 2 Perfect Pitch: How to unlock, Perks, and more

Once you start The Final Shape expansion, you will be able to unlock the Perfect Pitch SMG in Destiny 2. Bungie is trying to bring the sub-machine guns back into the meta with the expansion, after the decline they have had since Lightfall.

With the nerfs to Osteo Striga and the Immortal Trials weapon, SMGs were not in a comfortable spot in both PvE and PvP. With things, changing a fair bit in The Final Shape, there are many in the community who are looking to give the sub-machine guns another try.

Below is everything you need to know about the Perfect Pitch in Destiny 2, including its perks, and how to unlock it.

How to get the Perfect Pitch in Destiny 2

In order to get your hands on the Perfect Pitch in Destiny 2, you will need to increase the Shaxx, Zavala, or the Drifter’s reputation Rank to 16 in the Tower.

As Bungie has introduced the new Pathfinder system with The Final Shape, the only way you will be able to increase your reputation rank will be by completing the vendor’s associated ritual activity. Completing bounties will no longer be required, giving players more freedom to complete the missions that they want to to get the weapon.

Hence, if you are looking to grab the SMG, look to invest time in playing, Strikes, Gambit, and Crucible. Once you reach a reputation of 16 with the vendor, you will be able to automatically unlock Perfect Pitch.
