The Infernal Hordes activity in Diablo 4 is a rogue-like mode and has a lot of new Uniques and Legendary gear in its loot table.
In this activity, you’ll have to venture into the Realm of Hatred and fight the forces of hell till you finally get to the Hell Council, the boss fight of this mode.
As you progress through the different waves, you’ll be able to collect Burning Aether, which serves as a currency to unlock the Spoils of Hell chests at the end of the activity. So, here’s a loot table for all the Legendaries and Uniques that drop from this activity.

The Uniques, marked in bold, can be farmed through this activity in Diablo 4. The Aspects, on the other hand, drop as Legendary weapons and gear and need to be extracted before you can use them on other weapons and armor pieces.
With the revamped difficulty mode in the game right now, you’ll have to be at Torment Level 1 to access the Infernal Hordes.
Although the rewards have remained similar from what you could get in Season 5, you’ll receive Obducite also from one of the chests at the end of the Infernal Hordes in Diablo 4 Season of Hatred.
