Roblox features a wide roster of games which are updated quite regularly, and Fisch is one of the many such examples of the same. Fisch is a fishing simulator with a surprising amount of depth added to it.
The recent version 1.14.0 update aims to add in new features and combat a few bugs, which can be found detailed within the patch notes listed below.

- New Limited time quest line from Dr. Glimmerfin!
- Collect 4 different types of Algae in-exchange for rewards!
- Limited time “Golden Tide” Bestiary featuring 5 fish. (Good luck catching that whale..)
- New Exalted Enchants.
- New Exalted Rod.
- New Hourly Reward chests featuring unique rewards. (Including a new boat!)
- New Skins!
- New Bobbers both in the shop and through gameplay!
- New Sea Pegasus Pack!
- Most Critical bugs fixed!
This was preceded by the v1.13.0 update on January 4, 2025. The version 1.14.0 update is quite a major update, given that it brings with it the limited time quest from Dr. Glimmerfin.
Fisch v1.14.0 Tides of Gold content explored
The ‘Tides of Gold’ update has players partake in the Golden Tide quest from Dr. Glimmerfin, in which they will be tasked with finding 4 different types of algae – Forsaken, Snowcap, Ancient and Mushgrave.
The algae can be handed over to the good doctor to obtain various rewards in exchange for your services. The update also brings with it 7 new Exalted Enchantments to further augment your fishing rods:
- Immortal
- Invincible
- Piercing
- Anomalous
- Quantum
- Mystical
- Sea Overlord
Make sure to use the Exalted Relic in the Keeper’s Altar to unlock these items. The event also brings with it the Auric Rod and Rod of the Exalted One as unlockables, along with a new Sunken Chest every hour.
There will also be a Golden Tide Bestiary, featuring 5 new fish:
- Tidal Pike
- Confetti Shark
- Eterna; Frostwhale
- Hourglass Bass
- Countdown Perch
