With just over a week left for the launch of Monster Hunter Wilds, the hype surrounding the game is at an all time high, and players might want to prepare ahead of the game’s global launch on February 28, 2025 for PC and consoles.
As such, the official Monster Hunter X account has prepared a giveaway of sorts for the same – offering a campaign where players can earn up to 100 Armor Spheres during launch. More on the event, and how to participate in it below.

As described within a post from the official X account of Monster Hunter, players will have to follow the series of steps below in order to participate in the event:
- Head to the official Monster Hunter X page.
- Follow Monster Hunter (@monsterhunter) on X – note that you will require an X account for this particular step. Make one if you haven’t already.
- Next, retweet the linked post using the #WildsArmorSpheres tag. You can also choose to share the post instead.
Do your part until the event ends, after which (assuming the campaign is successful) each Monster Hunter Wilds player should receive a maximum of 100 assured Armor Spheres deposited in their accounts.
Do note that the item will be released once the game officially goes live, for which additional instructions will be provided later.
The event has a lofty goal of 100,000 shares and/or retweets, offering 1 Armor Sphere for every 1000 such posts with the appropriate hashtag.
How long does the event last?
This particular Monster Hunter Wilds event will be live from February 16, 2025 to February 23, 2025. The event ends on February 23 at 7:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) after which any reposts and shares will not be counted toward the tally.
