There are two best ways of farming more Eggs of Sacrifice in Anime Adventures:
1) Host Eclipse portal runs
The fastest way of getting Eggs of Sacrifice will be to use Eclipse Portals and host runs. Now you will be able to acquire the portals through the Snow Kingdom Infinite mode, which has a recommended unit level of 100+.
The infinite can be quite challenging but it can be made significantly easier with a well-rounded party of units.
Finally, when you get your hands on a portal, the best way of getting more Periapts of Sacrifice will be to host Eclipse runs. While joining other players will net you the item, it will be a reduced amount if you compare it to when you host it yourself.

How to use the Eggs (Periapts) of Sacrifice in Anime Adventures
To be able to use the Eggs of Sacrifice you will first need to get your hands on the Periapt of the King. The item will let you teleport to the middle of the Eclipse event where you will meet the Griffin (Fallen) NPC.
One Periapt of Sacrifice will give you 0.5% ascension progress, so to completely evolve Griffin you will need 200 of these Moreover, you can also choose to sacrifice Mythical units to help Griffin ascend or even combine these sacrifices with eggs.
A sacrificed evolved Mythical unit will provide Griffin a 16% boost to his ascension while a non-evolved unit will give a 4 boost. So if you have units that you aren’t using, sacrificing them for a Mythic that you need is a great choice.
