You can use three items, in particular, to be able to recover missing health in Dead Rails:
- Bandage
- Snake Oil
- Vampire Knife
You will be able to get both Bandages and Snake Oil as either a random drop from buildings or as purchasable items in the Doctor’s building. Bandages sell for $10 while Snake Oil goes for $35.
You will be able to use them both by just equipping them from your inventory and then pressing the corresponding button prompt. A Bandage will recover a portion of your missing health right away, however, the Snake Oil, on the other hand, will completely top up your health while giving you a sizeable speed boost.
