The Akatsuki Cloak or the Ankokuji is one of the best accessories that you will be able to get your hands on in Ninja Time. However, there are a couple of steps involved in obtaining the item in the Roblox game, with the key requirement being joining the Akatsuki Secret Gang.

How to join the Akatsuki Secret Gang in Ninja Time
Here are some of the steps that you will need to follow to join the Akatsuki and get your hands on the Ankokuji in Ninja Time:
Step 1: Reach level 80
The first requirement that you will need to fulfill is to reach level 80 in the title. So if you are relatively new to the game, you will not be able to join the gang right away. There will be a fair bit of grind that you will need to invest in, including clearing bosses, and a ton of quests.
Once you reach level 80, you will then need to head to the Hidden Leaf Village for the next step.
Step 2: Pick up the Elite Secret mission from the Hokage
Once you reach level 80 and have made your way to the Hidden Leaf Village, your next task will be to speak to the Hokag NPC. They can be found in the Hokage Building which is at the very back of the village area.
When interacting with the NPC you will get the option to pick up the Elite Secret mission. Keep going through their dialogs and pick the Renegade option and not the Secret ANBU option to be able to join the Akatsuki.
Step 3: Obtain the Talisman item
Once you have picked up the quest, the next step is to get your hands on the Talisman item. To pull this off you will need to get your hands on Chi Essence which can be obtained from almost every single boss in the game.
Bosses like the Stone Leo, Icy, and, Stone Brother are the best bosses to farm for this, as they have a 25% chance to drop an essence. Once you have 18 Chi Essence talk to Hagiromo the God NPC who is located to the west of the Hidden Leaf Village and use all the collected Chi to make a Talisman.
Step 4: Enter the Akatsuki Cave
Finally, make your way to the Akatsuki Cave and use the Talisman to enter it. The cave is located to the south of the Hidden Leaf Village, just cross the Forest area and you will find it right away. You will spot the cave entrance near a river area.
Bring out the talisman and use it on the circled object which will allow you to open the cave. Here you will meet the Akatsuki leader who will take you as their apprentice.
This will conclude the Elite Secret mission and you will officially become a part of the Akatsuki in Ninja Time.
