Although Towers of Aghasba is in early access, there are still a lot of vast expansive areas that you will be able to explore in the open world, and this is where a mount comes in handy. Going from one point to the next will take a very long time on foot, however, you will not be able to get a mount right away.
A mount is available for all players when they drop into the world, but to access them you will need to progress a fair bit in the RPG.
So if you are looking to get a mount as soon as possible in Towers of Aghasba, here are a few steps that you will need to invest in.
How to get your first mount in Towers of Aghasba
You will be able to get a mount only after you have unlocked ‘A Mount for your Troubles’ side quest in Towers of Aghasba. To access this mission you will need to head south of the Midrath Town portal, however, you will not be able to get there right away as the bridge that connects the areas is broken.
Here is how you can repair the bridge:
- Advance through the main narrative till you finally find yourself in Midrath Isles. Keep completing the main missions and you will eventually come upon the quest that asks you to repair the bridge.
- The bridge connects the main island to Amani. So follow the instructions and repair the bridge.
- Cross it, and along the way, you will find a lot of side quests. One of them is the ‘A Mount for your Troubles.
- The quest will task you to repair the Midrath Stable. It’s easy enough to pull off as long as you have the following resources in your inventory:
- 6x Thatch
- 8x Wood
Just make sure you are chopping enough trees and foraging through the bushes along the way to Midarth so that you have the resources required to repair the stable.
After you have completed the quest, you will be rewarded with your very first mount in Towers of Aghasba, a Harelope.
