As you make your way through Infinity Nikki, you will notice that your main story progression is often halted and to continue it, you will need to increase your Stylist Rank. However, the game is not exactly clear on how you can go about doing that when exploring the open world.

How to check your Stylist Rank in Infinity Nikki
To check the current Style Rank that you are on in Infinity Nikki, you will need to open the Stylist Rank menu in Pear-Pal. Then click on the Courses icon where you will see your Stylist Rank along with a list of five different categories of mini-challenges. These are:
- Grow Together
- Burst of Inspiration
- Trial of Bravery
- A Kaleidoscope World
- Whim Changes the World.
Each of them consists of overall progression tallies and you will automatically complete these challenges by just exploring the world and going through side quests and main missions. Completing these challenges will net you crowns and these crowns are what will increase your Stylist Rank in Infinity Nikki.
Progression Tallies guide
Progression tallies are tied to the Course categories, and represent all the tasks and activities that you have completed during your time in the game. Here are all the categories and the activities that they are linked to:

| A Kaleidoscope World | Miscellaneous activities are linked to this course and will include stuff like obtaining Dews of Inspiration to rank up Kilo the Cadenceborn, upgrading certain options in the Photo Mode, and more. |
How to increase Stylist Rank in Infinity Nikki: Daily Wishes guide
Once you have progressed through the categories and have earned enough Crowns you will need to get your hands on a certain number of Stars by completing Daily Wishes. These are small tasks that will usually include the following:
- Logging in once per day
- Taking out five Esseling enemies.
- Gathering five plants.
- Clearing a particular Realm Challenge and spending 150x energy.
- Completing a minigame.
- Upgrading a clothing part or a Eureka.
Daily Wishes reset every day at 4 a.m. on the GMT+8 timezone (Beijing, Manila, Singapore time). They are given by the other NPCs in the game and can be accessed through the Daily Wish screen from Pear-Pal. They are also a great way of farming Bling every day.
Once you have enough Crowns and Stars, you will be able to advance your Stylist Rank in Infinity Nikki.
