Chained Together is a brand new co-op sensation that went live on June 19, 2024 and is currently dominating the Steam Charts.
The game has already garnered over 19,000 followers on PC within its short span of release causing fans to wonder if the title is available on current gen consoles like the Xbox Series X/S and the PlayStation 5.
Can you play Chained Together on Xbox and PlayStation 5?
No, you cannot play Chained Together on Xbox and PlayStation 5 right now. The game is available on PC via Steam, and the developers haven’t mentioned any plans of releasing the game on consoles at this point in time.
On Steam, you will be able to play with up-to 4 players via local multiplayer as you navigate your way through the depths of hell and try to make your way to the Summit.
In this game, you’ll be chained to your fellow players (quite literally) and you will have to tackle the puzzles and obstacles accordingly.

Now, considering that there’s someone chained to you already, in case your partners miss a jump you might get pulled along too. Similarly, there’s always a possibility of you dragging down your partners with you if you miss a jump or get stuck somewhere.
The platforming puzzles in the game can be tricky to navigate, so a good amount of communication is required if you want to beat it along with your friends.
Although the game majorly focuses on co-op elements, you can also head off on a solo adventure and try to beat Chained Together all by yourself, but that might prove to be a challenging task.
That is all we have for you about Chained Together and the platforms that it is available on. We’ll be sure to update this piece should the developers bring this title to consoles in the near future.
