You will be able to complete a total of seven secret missions in Pokemon TCG Pocket. These quests provide some of the most lucrative rewards in the mobile game and will net you a fair amount of Wonder Hourglass, Pack Hourglass, and Shop Tickets.
One secret mission will grant you a Mew card as well, so taking the time to complete them will very much be worth the time and effort that you put into it.

Secret missions are hard to track and are not something that the game will readily give you information on. You will see them only when you have completed and not before. So completing all 7 of them is rather challenging and you will need to know exactly what you are doing to redeem the rewards they offer.

As you will need to collect a lot of cards to complete the secret missions, there is a lot of RnG to the process and you will not be able to brute force your way into meeting the requirements. The best way of going about completing the missions will be passively opening packs which will help you build a base of normal cards.
Then use the Power Points that you get to target the specific cards that you do not have for the particular secret mission.
