How to purify water in RuneScape Dragonwilds

Purifying water in RuneScape Dragonwilds is straightforward; heat dirty water on a fire source. The easiest and most basic way to do this is to use a campfire.

You can create a campfire in the game using nine Ash logs (abundantly available in the open world) and stones (can be collected near stone boulders). Both these resources are suited for the early game as no tools are required to collect them.

Make sure to place the campfire in the open as it doesn’t work inside a shelter and under a roof.

Once your campfire is set, interact with it to open the unique GUI. Put Ash logs in the slot on the bottom and the dirty water in the slot above. Lit the fire by pressing the Play button and you’ll soon be able to collect clean water.

Once the process ends, the clean water drops on the ground and is collected automatically as you cross it. Be careful, as at times, your co-op teammates might pick up the clean water you’ve generated.

You now have water which is best for consumption as it reduces your thirst without any side effects.
