Sparks and Will in Black Myth Wukong are used to level up the ‘Chosen One’, strengthening them in the process. This is essential to game progression, and farming Will/Sparks requires you to simply defeat enemies and destroy/absorb certain objects and spirits.
You can never have enough of this resource, and players may quickly find themselves wanting more as they progress through the game. While the game is rather generous with these items, there does exist a very particular spot that can be exploited to raise your character a lot faster.
How to farm Will and Sparks quickly in Black Myth Wukong
This particular spot in Black Myth Wukong is located within the very first region of the game – after you beat Lingxuzi within the Guanshin Temple. Head past the defeated boss and into the depths of the forest.
Once within, players can simply seek out and kill the various enemies patrolling the area to generate a modest amount of Will per kill. In particular, it is recommended to hunt down the Snake Patrollers to maximize your Will generation. The skeletal enemies in this region can also be taken down to boost your Will gain by a small, but helpful amount.
A character Level of 12 is recommended at the very least before heading on to this region. These enemies can be rather tanky, and can spew venom at you.
Once dealt with, make your way to any of the Shines unlocked within the forest, and choose the ‘Rest’ option. Doing so will restore your HP and Flask charges – along with respawning all non-boss enemies within the region.
This respawning can be exploited to farm an ‘infinite’ amount of Will in Black Myth Wukong, which can then in turn be used to generate Sparks in Black Myth Wukong.
Sparks are essential to unlocking abilities, and this method should net you an additional 10 or so character Levels in the process – aiding you in the tougher battles that lie forward.
