The Esports World Cup 2024 has disclosed all details regarding the long-awaited League of Legends tournament. It commences on July 4, 2024, and runs until July 7, 2024. Eight teams received an invitation to partake in this grand event — a selection of top-tier organizations from around the world that make up the big stage.

All invited teams in the League of Legends tournament at Esports World Cup 2024
The Esports World Cup’s League of Legends tournament will showcase two top teams from South Korea, China, Europe, and North America. These teams were also part of the recently held LoL esports tournament, MSI 2024.
Here is the list of the invited League of Legends teams at the Esports World Cup 2024:

These teams will be competing against each other in a single-elimination bracket stage format. Furthermore, all matches except the Grand Final will be played in a best-of-three series. The Grand Final will feature a best-of-five format.
League of Legends tournament at Esports World Cup 2024: Schedule
The LoL tournament is set to happen from July 4 up to July 7. Consequently, this will not provide teams with ample time for preparations after the initial matches. Two matches will be played each day for the first three days, while the Grand Final will be held on July 7.
