How will Minions function in LoL Season 2025

Here are some of the highlights of the changes that minions have received in League of Legends season 2025:
1) Minion XP range increased
The XP range of minions has been increased to 1500 units. This comes as quite good news for ADC mains, especially those who like to play champions that have a shorter AA range and struggle in the early game.
So if an ADC is getting zoned away from last-hitting minions, they will at least be relevant in terms of level-experience.
2) Minions do more damage to towers
Minion damage to towers and champions has gone up to 55% from 50%. So if you like to roam a lot, you will have to time it in a way that minions do not get much free time to hit your tower.
Moreover, as minions have lower health in the early game, they get wiped out faster by the tower and other minions. So you will losing out on much-needed gold and XP if you are away from your lane for too long.
Proper roam-timings are now much more crucial in Season 2025.
3) All minions have different HP and ATK stats now
All minions types now have changed HP and Attack stats:
Melee Minions
Melee Minions will have lower HP during the landing phase and will start with 465 instead of 477. However, they will scale to a higher number of 1500 by the time the game reaches the 48-minute mark.
Their armor is also increased from a cap of 16 to 38 during the 38-42 minute mark and will also deal a percentage of their current health as damage.
This allows them to be a more relevant win condition during the later stages of a match.
Ranged Minions
Ranged Minions also have an early-game HP nerf and will have 284 HP instead of 296. They will then scale to 600 HP when a match reaches 56 minutes.
Like the melee minions, their attacks will also deal damage based on the amount of HP they have remaining. This will let them have an easier time melting towers after your team has secured the Baron.
Cannon Minions and Super Minions
Both Canon and Super Minions have been re-balanced for League of Legends Season 2025. Their health and attack damage scaling is capped at 90 minutes. This keeps them balanced no longer how late a match goes, and can help psh for objectives without getting too OP.
