How to obtain Misty in Pokemon TCG Pocket

1) Crafting
You can use the crafting mechanic in Pokemon TCG Pocket to make a Misty if you are not too keen on leaving your faith to RNG. You will gain Pack Points when opening a booster pack, and you can then exchange this resource to get a Misty card.
