As you make your way to the Custom Battle tab in Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, you will be able to try out 37 Bonus Battles. These are special encounters that are made by the development team, where you will get to enjoy special scenarios and at times meet certain conditions to complete them.
Some of the Bonus Battles will be available by default, however, to unlock the rest you will need to meet certain conditions. These battles are fairly easy to complete, however, there are five in particular that need unique victory conditions.
Completing these Bonus Battles is advised as you will be able to unlock characters through them as well as Ability Items like the God of Destruction Training.
Here is a list of all the Bonus Battles in the arena fighter along with how to unlock them, completion rewards, and if they have any unique victory conditions.

| A Battle of Speed! Defeat Beerus! | You will need to beat “Tough love? To complete it you will need to deal at least 20% damage to Beerus every thirty seconds. This means you will have to take out two of his HP bars every minute. Failing to meet the condition will force Beerus to hit you with an insta-kill move. Note: You can counter the insta-kill move by anticipating it and channeling Vegeta’s Galic Gun right before Beerus begins his own animation. The timing is tight but successfully pulling it off will start a beam clash and if you win it, you will deal massive damage to Beerus. |
