You need all the help you can get when creating your drug empire in Schedule 1, which is why unlocking all the Suppliers in the game should be a top priority. The best Strains require a complicated combination of ingredients, and to get these resources, you will need to unlock the NPCs that supply them.
There are a total of three Suppliers in Schedule 1, and while one of them is available from the start, the other two require certain conditions to be met.

How to unlock every Supplier in Schedule 1
As mentioned, there are a total of only three Suppliers in Schedule 1. While one of them is unlocked from the start, the other requires certain conditions to be met. Below are the steps to unlocking the suppliers, along with their locations, the products they sell, and their debt management.
1) Albert Hoover
Albert Hoover is available from the start in Schedule 1. You unlock this Supplier by just progressing the game, and he is known as the King of Weed. His specialty lies in Marijuana, and he will initially sell you four types of weed seeds. You will be able to unlock more variants as you progress further in the game.

Shirley Watts is unlocked much later in Schedule 1, and to get her as a Supplier, you will need to maintain a friendly status with both Meg Cooley and Jerry Montero. Shirley offers the base materials for Meth and will unlock more variants once you progress further in the game.

3) Salvador Moreno
To unlock Salvador Moreno as your Supplier, you will need to progress the Schedule 1 story enough till you reach the Docks, which is the fourth region of the map. After you have discovered the Docks, the other requirement you will need to fill is to hit the friendly status with Mac Cooper and Javier Perez.
Salvador supplies Coca seeds, which are used in making Cocaine. This makes the NPC one of the most important ones to unlock when you reach the late game in Schedule 1.
