Twitch streamer Duke Dennis, often seen streaming with Kai Cenat was allegedly arrested for unknown reasons on August 3.
While the reason behind his arrest is still unknown, fans from around the world have been speculating about the potential causes for the same.
More often than not, streamers do set up fake arrest scenarios for more interactions and engagement online. However, that might not be the case here.
Everything We Know About Duke Dennis’ Alleged Arrest
Over the past mont, Kai Cenat and Duke Dennis, as a part of Team AMP, have been live streaming from San Antonio. They’ve been staying and streaming from retired NBA star Tony Parker’s villa.
As a part of their content strategy, both Duke Dennis and Kai Cenat were apparently playing hide and seen in a mall. This is when someone called the police, which eventually lead to Duke Dennis’ arrest.

While this entire incident was unfolding, a lot of individuals were seen filming the arrest. In fact, even Kai Cenat was believed to have recorded the entire ordeal from a floor above.
It’s believed that Duke Dennis was arrested for trespassing. While it’s unclear why playing hide and seek was considered as trespassing in the mall.
sHowever, it could also be possible that the Twitch streamer was arrested for trespassing somewhere else,a nd the police were finally able to locate him here.
Multiple videos of him being arrested on social media, while other videos also showcase the police leading Duke Dennis away from the mall and into a police vehicle.
There’s always a possibility of this being a massive prank, but Kai Cenat is an extremely popular streamer, so he might not have to resort to such measures.
Neither Duke Dennis, nor Team AMP have spoken about the arrest, so we’ll have to wait to see what they say about hte ordeal.
