All Battlefield 6 Weapons Revealed So Far

With the first Battlefield 6 open beta finally available, EA has revealed a set of weapons that you can use in the different modes that the game has to offer for now.

These weapons are available free of cost, and play into different playstyles. While there were a few concerns that players had about how these weapons would function, these open betas are a perfect time for EA to analyse any problems, and for the community to get a taste of the game for themselves.

With that said, here’s a list of weapons that you will find in Battlefield 6, for now.

All Weapons in Battlefield 6

At the time of writing this article, there are 14 weapons that you can try out in Battlefield 6. It’s likely that EA will add more weapons, but those will be added either with the full launch of the game, or through later DLCs.

These 14 weapons are grouped into different sub-types, which are as follows:

Assault Rifles

Battlefield 6

These versatile weapons can help you dominate the battlefield easily, but do have a slight skill curve associated with them. They’re beginner friendly, and can help you learn the ins and outs of the game easily.

  • NVO-228E
  • B36A4
  • M433

Carbines

Similar to Assault Rifles, Carbines are equally powerful and versatile, but have a higher skill ceiling. Yes, they hit hard, and in the right hands, they can be absolutely deadly. However, if you’re new to FPS games in general, you might have a hard time mastering this weapon right off the bat.

  • AK-205
  • M417 A2

SMG

If you want a fast rate of fire and extremely accurate weapons, then the SMG is what you’re looking for. However, the only drawback is that they work exceptionally well in short ranges, but fail at medium to long range encounters. These weapons are best for small maps.

  • SGX
  • PW72A

LMG

Heavy and clunky, this weapon type isn’t something that everyone would pick. But, if you’re okay with moving slowly on the map, in exchange for large magazine and powerful shots, then this is worth a shot. The extra bullets in the chamber compensate for the poor accuracy though.

  • L110
  • KTS100 MK8

DMR

If you’re not comfortable using a Sniper Rifle but you’re willing to learn the ropes, then a DMR (Designated Marksman Rifle) is what you’re looking for. They may not have the best stopping power, but theyt’re still effective at range, which makes them a decent choice, especially on slightly open maps.

  • SVK-8.6

Sniper Rifles

If you’re looking to be a menace on wide maps, then a sniper is the solution to all your problems. They have incredibly strong stopping power, and can often one-shot your enemies. However, don’t expect them to work well in close range at all.

Shotgun

If you’re on an extremely small map, and you want to smash your enemies into the woodwork, then a shotgun is the weapon you’re looking for. However, if you’re looking to hit enemies out in the horizon, you’re better off picking a different weapon.
