How to redeem codes in Wuthering Waves
Once you have your hands on a code the next step will be to redeem it. To get your hands on all the free rewards you will need to:
- Make some progression in the game till you reach Union Level 2. You can do this by completing missions in Chapter 1 Act 1 of the main narrative. Once you reach Union Level 2 the redeem codes feature will unlock.
- Once you have met the requisite, make your way to Settings (make sure that you are logging in to your account), and then go to “Other Settings.”
- Here you will find the option “Redemption Code”. Click on the prompt box, paste the code there, and then hit the confirm option.
Now the rewards will be directly sent to the email ID that is linked to the account and you can claim them from there.
Why are my codes not working?
If you have not received any rewards even after inputting the code then there are a few reasons for it:
- The code has expired
- You have already redeemed the code for that account
- You have incorrectly input the code
Double-check the above reason before trying to re-enter the Wuthering Waves code again.
