The Stone Coffin Fissure is sort of a hidden area that you find as you go further down south in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree’s Land of Shadow. It’s one of the points of interest on the southern side of the new map, however, you will not be able to reach it directly from the Gravesite Plains.
If you want to jump over to the shore from the plains, the fall damage will instantly kill you. Instead, you will have to make your way there through the Cerulean Coast.

How to reach the Stone Coffin Fissure in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
1) Reach the Cerulean Coast Cross Site of Grace
To get to the Stone Coffin Fissure, the first thing that you will need to do is to reach the Cerulean Coast. From Castle Ensis, you will need to head down south across a poison swamp and then jump down a series of pillars to reach the river bed.
You will find a Furnace Golem here, and from its location head east to find the Cerulean Coast Cross Site of Grace.
2) Head southwest from the Site of Grace
Now from the site of Grace, you will need to make your way west and then go down south while hugging the peninsula. You will eventually come across some plants that are pink and blue in color with faces on them.
They will leap at you and attack you, so you can either take them down or run past them. You will eventually reach The Fissure Site of Grace which is near a broken down wall.
3) Jump through the hole and be ready to platform
From the grace, you will need to search for a large hole in the ground. Once you find it, jump down and you will find a number of ledges. You will need to do a bit of platforming here and keep hopping from ledge to ledge, till you reach the bottom.
There are a lot of slimes waiting to gank you below so be aware of them, and take them out if required.
Once you reach the very bottom you will be able to come out of the side to find the Stone Coffin Fissure Site of Grace.
The final boss of the area is the Putrescent Knight, which is a new star creature-like entity that FromSoftware has introduced.
