Controversial Twitch Streamer Alinity Banned From Platform Yet Again

Twitch streamer Natalia “Alinity” Mollogan was banned from Twitch for the fourth time since July 2019, over what seems to be a copyright strike.

Although she’s not a stranger to being banned on the platform, this time she hasn’t made any statement about the same.

So, why was Alinity banned, and when will her channel be restored? Let’s find out.

Why Was Alinity Banned on Twitch?

It’s believed that Alinity’s ban this time resulted from a copyright strike. It’s a DMCA strike which resulted in all her content from Twitch being removed.

She was apparently streaming 90 Day Fiance on her channel, which soon resulted in all her videos being taken down.

At the time of writing this article, her channel says, “Content from this channel has been removed at the request of the copyright holder.”

It’s hard to say when her content will be restored, and if at all she’ll be allowed to stream on the platform again. This is the second time such an incident has happened with Alinity.

The last time she received a copyright strike, she had to complete “Copyright School” and her account was restored once she had completed an entire course on how copyright works.

According to Twitch’s guidelines, if a channel receives three copyright strikes, then they’ll be subject to indefinite bans and account suspensions.

Now, considering that this is Alinity’s second copyright strike, her channel should be up and running soon. However, neither Twitch, nor the streamer has made any comment about the incident.

However, it’s also worth noting that this is Alinity’s fourth ban on the platform, so maybe this time its serious and they might not get to restore their account anytime soon.

If that is indeed the case, it’ll be worth seeing if she moves to another platform. Most streamers, when banned from Twitch, have moved to other platforms like Kick or even YouTube for that matter.

So, it’s probably just a matter of time before Alinity moves over to a different platform to interact with her fans and continue her streaming journey.
