All companions ranked in Dragon Age The Veilguard

There are a total of seven companions that you will be able to recruit to join your cause in Dragon Age The Veilguard. Each companion will have their own unique set of skills, backgrounds, and factions.

You will be able to have two companions on your active party at any given time, and much of your playstyle will revolve around the skills that they bring to the table. While each companion is viable and fits a particular style of play, there are some who are versatile in most situations and quite powerful even from the get go.

Here is ranking of all the companions and which one you should be focusing on acquiring for your main party in the RPG.

Ranking all the companions in Dragon Age The Veilguard

Before we go to the rankings it’s important to keep in mind that the list is subjective and takes into consideration Companion Enchantments, skills, and how powerful they are before you build them.

The best companions for you will be the ones that fit your playstyle and the ones whom you are looking to romance later on in the narrative.

Here is a list of all the companions in Dragon Age The Veilguard ranked:

7) Taash

Dragon Age The Veilguard complete Taash romance guide

Taash is a very aggressive melee combatant who uses double axes while having the ability to spew fire breath. Although they is traditionally not used as a frontline, they can very easily take up the role of a tank with the use of the Dragon’s Roar skill.

The ability functions like a taunt which lets her draw the aggro of the enemies around her (however, this ability may not work on stronger bosses). Taash plays amazingly well with companions like Emmrich or Neve who will help them with healing and crowd control.

Apart from a healer, make sure to have a DPS like Rogue to help melt enemies while Taash is aggroing them.
