As you unlock more classes for all the characters in Visions of Mana you will be able to upgrade their Elemental Plots to unlock new skills and abilities. You can do this by investing Elemental Points which are acquired by absorbing mana from Elementite.
These are glowing stones that are found throughout the world and interacting with them will offer you points. Additionally, you can even use Gold Clovers to convert them into Elemental Points. Using Gold Clovers is one of the fastest ways of leveling up your character in the JRPG .
Each character will also have their own Elemental Plot that you will upgrade for each of their classes, and the list below goes over all the upgrades and skills that you can unlock for each class in Visions of Mana.
