All Modules in The First Descendant & how to get

In The First Descendant, Modules are necessary modifications that you need to use with your Descendant and the weapons that you come across in the game. These items occur in various rarities, and each of them has different effects and uses.

Modules can be exclusive to certain Descendants, with some occurring for their Ultimate variants as well. You can also add these items to weapons and gear to bonus effects like more HP, more bullets in the magazine, and a lot more.

How to get modules in The First Descendant

The only way to target-farm modules is by completing missions in the game. Every mission has specific Modules as rewards, which drop when you complete the quest. Whenever you hover over a mission, it’ll tell you the ones you can get from completing it, make sure to check the tooltip to see the drops.

If you want to target a specific module, then make your way to the World Map and then select the Modules from the Access Info tab. This will give you information about all the Modules that are there in the game.

All Descendant Modules

These Modules are Descendant specific only and can go up to Transcendant rarity. What’s more interesting is that each Descendant has their own set of Transcendant mods.

With that said, here’s a quick breakdown of all the Descendant Modules that you will find in The First Descendant.

Creative ExplosionEsiemoAfter a dash, uses up all of the available bombs to inflict greater damage on nearby enemies. The more bombs available, the greater the damage inflicted.
Explosive PropagandaEsiemoGenerates Explosive Propaganda which taunts nearby monsters until destroyed, upon which it explodes and causes great damage to nearby enemies.

Superconductive BombingKyleWhile airborne, continuously consumes Magnetic Force to drop bombs. The bombing stops when Magnetic Force is completely depleted, and additional damage from Magnetic Force is not triggered on collision.
Self-Directed EruptionKyleConsumes Magnetic Force every second when used to pull enemies in front of Kyle. Deals great damage to nearby enemies when the skill ends.
Collision InstinctKyleAfter a dash, inflicts Stun at the end of a knockback. However, stacks are removed and DEF Up effect is not applied.
Singing WaterValbyLaundry Bomb Skill Conversion. Spawns a Seduction of Water where the Launcher’s bullet explodes. Until it is destroyed, the spawned Seduction of Water taunts surrounding monsters and inflicts the Laundry effect on them.
Tidal WaveValbyClean Up Skill Conversion. Does not leave watery trails when moving. When moving through a monster, inflicts skill damage on them. When the skill ends, deals AoE damage nearby.
Supply MoistureValbyWater Intake Skill Conversion. While on water, increases Skill Critical Hit Rate, Skull Duration, and Firearm Attribute Status Effect Trigger Rate. Reduction of MP consumption does not apply.
