Cartethyia has a couple of teams in Wuthering Waves but they all rely around few characters at most. Her best teammates include Ciaccona, Aero Rover, and Shorekeeper.
These characters provide Aero Erosion and CRIT bonuses which are very helpful for Cartethyia. Sanhua is a good alternative to Ciaccona while Aalto should only be considered if you have him built well enough.
