Best ways to make more money or Coupons fast in Stalker 2

Coupons are the main currency or money in Stalker 2: Heart of Chernobyl. They are required for almost everything in the action-adventure, with their most important use being in repairing weapons and gear.

Now seeing how weapon durability is one of the biggest struggles in the title, you will need to hoard up as much money as possible in the game.

Here are some of the best ways of making Coupons in Stalker 2.

How to get more money in Stalker 2

Stalker 2 Money guide

Here is how you will be able to make more money or Coupons fast in Stalker 2:

1) Complete quests in the Zone

While you will get some money for completing main story missions in Stalker 2, they are not going to be remotely enough to help you have an easier time surviving. However, side missions and other NPC quests, on the other hand, are amazing when it comes to the number of Coupons that they provide.

The Bartender missions (in the early game) in particular are some of the best sources of money. So keep an eye out for NPC missions and make sure to complete them while exploring the rest of the Zone.

2) Selling Artifacts

Artifacts will fetch you a great sum if you are selling them to the various vendors across the settlements instead of just equipping them on your character. These items can usually be found around anomalies and you will need to use the Echo Scanner to find them.

Just bring out the scanner in a location where you feel that an Artifact might be present. If you are in the vicinity then the scanner will beep and the beep will get faster the closer you get.

The environment is reactive in Stalker 2.

Once you reach the correct location (make sure to watch out for enemies) the Artifact will spawn and you will be able to grab it.

If you are not going to use the Artifacts that you just obtained, make sure that you sell them to a vendor.

3) Sell off gear and weapons

As you explore you will be able to pick up a lot of unwanted gear and weapons in Stalker 2. As your inventory fills up alarmingly fast in this game, make sure to sell the loot that you don’t need including weapons and other junk.

However, do keep in mind that you will not be able to sell the weapons that are red. These armaments have lacked their durability and you will need to repair the weapons and armor before you can sell them.

4) Explore every part of the map

While you will not find Coupons in abundance when exploring the map, you will get a lot of unwanted gear and junk that you can later sell-off. So don’t be afraid to venture off the beaten path as Stalker 2 is designed in a way that rewards the more adventurous.
