The Wuthering Waves 2.3 anniversary livestream had a lot of anticipation, as many expected the announcement of free rewards such as a 5-star character.
While fans with these expectations will be disappointed, the Wuwa 2.3 update does have a ton of stuff to offer that makes it an exciting patch to look forward to in celebration of the game’s one year anniversary. The patch is set to go live on April 29, 2025.
Wuthering Waves 2.3 anniversary livestream codes
The three codes that were revealed during the Wuwa 2.3 anniversary livestream are:
- EVERFLOWING: 100 Astrite, 2 Forgery Premium Supplies, and 40,000 Shell Credits
- WITHYOU: 100 Astrite, 20 Premium Tuners, 5 Advanced Sealed Tubes
- 1STANNIVERSARY: 100 Astrite, 4 Premium Resonance Potions, 5 Advanced Energy Cores
Fans can guarantee themselves 300 Astrites, which is enough for a pull on any banner.
Wuthering Waves 2.3 anniversary banners
Wuwa 2.3 will introduce two new characters, Zani and Ciaccona. Both characters appeared in the main storyline of the Rinascita arc.
Zani will be a 5-star Spectro Gauntlet character while Ciaccona will be a 5-star Aero Pistol character.
Zani will be accompanied by Lumi, Taoqi, and Yuanwu. Ciaconna, on the other hand, will have Danjin, Yangyang, and Mortefi in her banner.
Along with these two characters, their signature weapons Blazing Justice (Zani) and Woodland Aria (Ciaccona) will be featured in the weapon banners.
Zani and her weapon will run in the first half of the banner, while Ciaconna and her weapon will round out the update.
As part of the anniversary celebration, Wuthering Waves 2.3 will have two phases of anniversary character and weapon banners.
Players can choose a specific character or weapon to wish for. After 80 pulls, there is a 50/50 chance to receive the selected character or weapon.
If players do not get the selected character or weapon in the 50/50, they will be guaranteed to receive the selected character or weapon within the next 80 pulls.
The first phase includes:
- Anniversary character banner: Jiyan, Zhezhi, Yinlin, Xiangli Yao, and Phoebe
- Anniversary weapon banner: Verdant Summit, Rime-Draped Sprouts, Stringmaster, Verity’s Handle and Luminous Hymn
The second phase includes:
- Anniversary character banner: Changli, Jinhsi, Carlotta, Roccia, and Brant
- Anniversary weapon banner: Blazing Brilliance, Ages of Harvest, The Last Dance, Tragicomedy, and Unflickering Valor
Along with these banners, there will be plenty of events for players to get valuable rewards such as Astrites and Shell Credits.
Wuthering Waves Cyberpunk Edgerunners collab
The Wuwa 2.3 livestream also revealed a collaboration with Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. While not much information was shared, all we know is that it will come in 2026 and characters from Night City will arrive in Solaris-3.
Whether they will be playable characters or simply limited time NPCs is still up in the air. However, this is a great sign for Wuthering Waves’ future and could potentially lead to more collaborations down the line.
