Call of Duty Black Ops 6 will be released worldwide on October 25, 2024, in different editions, as usual. You can preorder it right now, so here’s a breakdown of all the editions you can purchase.
Unlike previous entries, Black Ops 6 will be releasing first on PCs this time around, while console users will have to wait a few hours more before playing the latest iteration of the FPS.
Thankfully, you can preload it ahead of its release to jump straight into the action as soon as the clock hits the time.
All Call of Duty Black Ops 6 editions
Call of Duty Black Ops 6 will be available in several editions, of which both digital and physical copies will be available:
Digital Editions
- Vault Edition (All Platforms)
- Cross-Gen Bundle (Console)
- Standard Edition (PC)
Physical Editions
- Cross-Gen Bundle (Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PlayStation 4)
- PlayStation 5 (Physical Edition)
Activision has confirmed the cross-gen versions of Black Ops 6 will be playable on both the current generation version (Xbox Series X/S or PlayStation 5) and the previous generation version of Black Ops 6 (Xbox One or PlayStation 4). The physical PS5 edition is excluded from this feature, however.

For Game Pass subscribers (both Ultimate and PC), you can enjoy the full game on day one on PC via the Microsoft Store and on the Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One consoles.
How to preorder Call of Duty Black Ops 6
