Cartethyia’s best Echo set in Wuthering Waves is Windward Pilgrimage. Cartethyia requires teammates that apply Aero Erosion and this Echo set synergizes perfectly with her kit, providing CRIT Rate and Aero DMG Bonus.
For the 4-cost Echo, Fluerdelys is the best 4-cost Windward Pilgrimage Echo in Wuthering Waves. Nightmare: Kelpie is the second best 4-cost but Fluerdelys should be used in the main slot.
There are no other Echo sets for Cartethyia that perform at the same level as Windward Pilgrimage.
Cartethyia Echo stats, substats and Forte priority in Wuwa
Cartethyia is an Aero Main DPS that primarily scales off of HP. As a Main DPS, she also needs decent CRIT stats.

- Emerald of Genesis
- Guardian Sword
Cartethyia’s Weapon options are very limited as she doesn’t make any use out of the ATK% substat that is prevalent in many Swords in Wuwa.
Defier’s Thorn is her best Weapon and should be pulled as no other weapon comes close in performance value.
