Delta Force Hawk Ops open beta release date and how to access

Delta Force Hawk Ops is all set to open its doors to players very soon, in the form of an open beta exclusive to the PC. Unlike the prior closed beta tests, this particular beta will be open for everyone to join in and play – without having to enter into a waitlist.

You can find more on the open beta and its dates below.

The open beta starts on December 5, 2024 – exclusively for PCs.

You can play the game on a compatible PC using either the Steam or Epic Games storefront. Simply click on the Add to Wishlist button on Steam, and hit download when the pre-load goes live.

The announcement was revealed on the game’s official website, and on its Steam page. The publishers and developers are yet to comment on the open beta’s availability for other platforms as of the time of writing this article.

The game is, however, expected to release on consoles and mobiles sometime in the near future – likely after the PC port is polished and finalized.

What to expect from the PC open beta

In terms of gameplay and progression, other than a few minor tweaks the game is expected to play (and behave) the same. Delta Force Hawk Ops is expected to be a live service title, much akin to Call of Duty and promises the following seasonal updates:

  • Major patch every 3 months
  • A new Operator on launch
  • An update to the Operation Map on launch
  • New vehicles, weapons and more

As per the usual course, expect to see additional improvements and game balance changes as well.
