Fisch has finally received an AFK mode with the Cursed Event Update which will let you farm free XP, rewards, Money, and other materials when you are not actively playing the game. The feature was something that the community has been asking for some time now and with it finally going live, there are many in the community who are already making the most of it.

How does the AFK mode work in Fisch?
To begin AFK mode in Fisch, you will first need to make your way to the following coordinates: X:230, Y:140, Z: 44. Here you will need to look for the AFK Cave located on Lighthouse Island. As it’s just opposite to Moosewood, it will be hard to miss. So you can either swim there or take a boat.

Once you have made your way into the mine, you can then go idle and your character will start auto-farming the resources there. You will obtain new rewards every minute that you are in AFK mode, and the rewards you receive will largely be dependent on your AFK luck.
To check all the items you have received during your time farming, then you can check the Current Rewards tab, which is on the right side of your screen.

How to Boost AFK Mine Luck in Fisch
Just like with fishing, to find better items with AFK mining you will need more luck. To increase your luck, the only thing you will need to do is to stay idle for a longer period of time. With every 15 -minutes that you are idle, your AFK luck will go up by 10 percent.
However, do keep in mind that the free-luck boost is capped at 50 percent and if you leave the mine or the game then your luck counter will start from zero.
Another way of increasing your luck is to invite friends. Every time a new player comes into the server with your AFK mine invite you will receive a 10% luck boost. As this is not considered in the cap, you will be able to use this method to get a 100% luck boost chance.
When should you use the Fisch AFK Mode?
You will want to use Fisch’s AFK Mine when you are going to be away from the game for a considerable amount of time. Especially when you have real-life activities to get to like, work, school, and office, you can just put your character on AFK mining and then come back hours later to see all the free loot that you have been able to farm.
