1) Catch fish in the Mushgrove Swamp region

2) Use rods with high Luck Boost
Using rods with a high Luck Boost will also improve your chance of getting Resin. Tools like the Kraken Rod which was added with the Atlantis update can be a great asset when farming for Resin.
Additionally, you can also go for other alternatives like the Rod of the Forgotten Fang which can make Resin farming easier.
3) Use proper bait
Bits like the Weird Algae and Truffle Worms are great choices when you are out farming for Resin. A Scrapper Enchantment can also be a good bet as it has a 60% chance of keeping your bait intact.

To start the Bubble Mermaid Quest in Fisch, you will need to speak to the Bubble Mermaid NPC who is in the following coordinates: -3550, 130, 568. Once you burn through her dialogs, she will then provide you with the task of collecting 3 Resins.
You will then need to head to the Mushgrove Swamp region where you will need to get your hands on three Resin. Once you have it, make your way back to the Mermaid NPC and you will be rewarded with a Water Bubble along with C$25,000.
A Water Bubble is one of the more useful tools in Fisch as it will let you survive underwater for an infinite amount of time. It will come in especially handy when you are trying to solve Poseidon’s Trial.
