Resilience is one of the core stats that you will find on your Rod in Fisch along with Luck and Control. However, the Roblox game does not do a good job of explaining what the stat is all about and how it affects your catches.
So if you are looking to learn more about the Resilience stat in Fisch, then the guide below will help you out.
How does Resilience work in Fisch?

Resilience determines how fast the fish will move as soon as it latches on your bait. With higher rod Resilience, the fish movement will be slower and more manageable, however, with lower Resilience the fish movement will be erratic making it all the more difficult to catch.
Resilience is a stat that is found in both rods and bait. Baits with Resilience work similarly to the Rods that have a high value of the stat and help in slowing down the catches that are extremely rare and hard to catch.
When you are just starting out in Fisch, you will not have equipment with good Resilience. Even later on some Advanced poles have a very low value of this stat, which makes it incredibly challenging to catch rare fish as you reach the end game.
How to improve Resilience in Fisch
To be able to use Resilience in Fisch, you will need to purchase rods and baits that have a decent percentage of this stat. However, if you do not have a tool with good Resilience, you can always get Enchant Relics and then exchange them at the Keepers Altar.
Try to go for the Mystical and Resilient Enchantment as it will provide the best boost to the stat. You will get a +35% boost with Resilient and a +45% increase with Mystical.
Another good enchantment to go for will be Quality, which will give you a +15% buff to both Lure Speed and Luck along with a +5% boost to Resilience.

If you are not too keep on enchanting your tools and rather directly go for a pole that has amazing Resilience stats, then here is a list of the best that you should be looking to get:

Downsides of high Resilience tools in Fisch
While a high Resilience stat sounds nice, the tools that come with a good value on the stat doesn’t particularly have a good value on others. Heaven’s Rod and Coral are the only items in Fisch that have balanced stats with high Rasilience, so make sure you are using them to make the most of your fishing time.
You can further enhance them both with the help of Enchantments thereby allowing you to make the most of the Resilience stat.
