There are two ways in particular by which you will be able to get your hands on the Anti Bee Egg in Grow A Garden:
1) Craft the Anti Bee Egg at the Bear Chef
You will be able to make your own Anti Bee egg by interacting with the Bear Chef NPC, who can be found beside the Queen Bee NPC.
Once you interact with the Bear Chef, you will then need certain items to make the eggs. These items mainly include Honey along with a particular fruit.
