How to get Gley’s Blood and Iron module in The First Descendant

Blood and Iron is a Gley-exclusive module that you will get to target-farm in The First Descendant. It’s a Skill Module that will help you make some of the best Gley builds in the shooter.

When you equip the module, Gley will no longer get Life Orbs from Thirst. You will instead gain the Power of Life passive every time your Firearm lands a critical hit.

This is one of the best modules that you can run with Gley’s “infinite ammo” build and if your critical rate and chance are high she will be able to constantly top her HP off when her Berserk is active.

Here is a guide on how you will be able to get and use Gley’s Blood and Iron module in The First Descendant.

Obstructor First Descendant

The only way to get your hands on Gley’s Blood and Iron module in The First Descendant, you will need to beat the Obstructor which is a Void Intercept Battle (Hard). The module is one of the many drops that you will receive after taking it down, however, the chances of it dropping are pretty low.

You might have to boot the mission multiple times before you are able to get your hands on it. The boss is weak to electric, so your best bet for the fight will be Descendants like Bunny and Sharen.

As it’s a high-level encounter you will not be able to unlock it and try it out any time soon. So if you are serious about minmaxing Gley, make sure to level Bunny properly so that you have a much easier time with taking out the Obstructor.

Best uses for Gley Blood and Iron module in The First Descendant

Blood and Iron The First Descendant

The Blood and Iron module is part of Gley’s minmaxing build once you reach max Master Rank. So it’s not something that you will have to worry about when you are still leveling Gley.

The module works perfectly when you are looking to maximize Gley’s DPS and make the most of her Frenzy mode. When her Frenzy is active she gets infinite ammo with Increased Sensory but her mobility is greatly reduced.

As her passive creates Life Orbs that you will need to pick up to heal during Berserk, it can be annoying to do it when your mobility is reduced during Increased Sensory.

The Blood and Iron module will help you navigate around this as you will receive Power of Life every time your weapon crits.
