The Qeziigural is a mount that was added in Final Fantasy XIV Dawntrail with patch 7.05. The update introduced the Arcadion Savage as well, along with the Cenote Ja Ja Gural Treasure Dungeon.
Qeziigural has become one of the more sought-after mounts as soon as the update went live, and many in the community are looking for ways to get their hands on it.
Unfortunately, getting it is one of the hardest tasks in the new expansion and there is a lot of RnG involved in obtaining it.
The Qeziigural is currently one of the hardest mounts to get in Final Fantasy XIV.
How to obtain the Qeziigural Mount in Final Fantasy XIV
To get the mount you will need to talk to Uah’shepya in Solution Nine (X:9, Y:14) and exchange three Twilight Gemstones for Qeziigural under the Sublime Curiosities category. However, this is the easy part.
The hard part is to obtain the three Twilight Gemstones. The only way to get them for free in Dawntrail will be to complete the Cenote Ja Ja Gural Treasure Dungeon three times.
There is a lot of luck and RnG involved in the process. To gain access to Cenote Ja Ja Gural you will first need to complete any 8-man Treasure Maps in Dawntrail maps. Once you get the treasure in the area you will then have a chance to spawn a portal which will take you to the dungeon.
Once you and your party have made your way into Cenote Ja Ja Gural you will then be provided with a series of rooms each containing a treasure chest and two doors.
The correct door will lead you to the next room while the wrong one will kick you and your party out of the dungeon. There is usually no way of telling which is the correct door, however, if you are lucky one of the doors might just glow for you revealing that it’s the right one.
Once you reach the fifth room, you will go up against a boss. After taking it down you will obtain a Twilight Gemstone. Once you have successfully done this entire process three times, you will then be able to exchange the stone for the Qeziigural Horn when talking to Uah’shepya in Solution Nine.
There is a lot of RnG involved in the process and you will have to run the dungeon several times before you can successfully get the mount.
Alternatively, you can even look to purchase the three Twilight Gemstones through the Marketboard. You can trade in other items for them with other players.
