To get your hands on the Ring of Vitality in Rune Slayer you will need to complete a quest called the “Monster Fish”. It’s obtained from an NPC called Alvin in the starting town and will task you to take down a specific monster in the title.
Here is how you will be able to complete the quest:
- The first thing you will need to do is locate Alvin. You will be able to spot the NPC by making your way to the Wayshire and then searching for the wooden platform that is above it. Interact with Alvin, and he will talk to you about all the fish monster problems that the town is facing.
- Once you agree to the quest, you will now need to kill the Monster Fish that is terrorizing the town and eating all of their catch. To do this, you will need to make your way to the quest marker and spot the fish swimming in the water.
