While The First Berserker Khazan isn’t an exact souls-like, it does borrow plenty of elements from the FromSoftware pioneered sub-genre. This extends into character stats, and players can find a multitude of ways to level up and branch their characters.
Naturally, this begs the question whether one can respec skills in the game, which is also a staple of Soulsborne games. Thankfully, Khazan lets players respec rather easily.
More on the same below.
How to respec skills in The First Berserker Khazan

Khazan is surprisingly lenient with its respeccing capabilities, offering a relatively easy way to do the same. To respec skills, players will have to head on over to the Skill Tree menu, and interact with a skill – and then be presented with the option to reclaim skill points.
The interface is pretty simple, and has players click the left analog stick button to remove all skills entirely. To remove a specific skill, simply hover your cursor on the desired skill and press the corresponding button for a Potent Blow in order to remove them.
Players can respec skills in any order they choose, at most moments of the game, without resorting to using certain specific areas of rest and the like. This offers a tremendous amount of flexibility, and should be used to your advantage.
How to respec your character in The First Berserker Khazan
Completely stripping your character of all progression points and stats is a lot trickier. In short, players will have to find Primeval Regression Orbs, which can then be used to respec your character from scratch – even refunding you the Lacrima you used before.
Primeval Regression Orbs can be found in the wild often, but the best, and most surefire way to get one is by speaking to the Traveling Bard. Simply visit his shop and purchase the Orb for 10,000 Gold. Keep in mind that his location will vary.
Respecing your character in this way will permanently destroy the orb, so make sure to be absolutely sure before respeccing.
